A well made gold hoop might be the most classic earring in existence. These simple style hoops were made exclusively for my boutique by thebeadedlilly. Made of 14k gold filled with a core of brass,the wire is a little thicker than most Western style wire hoops and the ends are stabilized with what’s called tornado ends. They’ll feel snug in some piercings, but that will go away over time. This is the larger of the two sizes we sell on the site with a hoop of 1 7/8 inches.
