There is a label inside this blouse reading hand made by Emma Garee. This is an exceptionally well made shirt with lots of cool details like quilted appliqué everywhere. This blouse immediately brought Marc Jacobs work to mind for me. You will look hot in this with a pair of jeans or cut offs. Measurements are taken on garments lying flat.
